This website primarily discusses the general procedure for the arrest and subsequent sale of vessels by order of a court (judicial sale) within the jurisdictions of Curacao, Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius. As the legislation regulating this procedure is very much alike in every one of the aforementioned jurisdictions, the procedures in each of these jurisdictions will not be addressed seperately, unless necesarry.
